We just have to calculate the performance for every carrier and multiply it with the weight factor to get the score for that particular criteria as well as carrier.

On time delivery – For Allied transport is 99.6% which is greater than 98.5% hence the performance rating will be 5. Same goes for Bestway Freight as their performance is 98.7% which is again greater than 98.5% hence even they get a performance rating of 5. However, for Certain Carriers the performance is 98.2% which comes between the range of 96.1% to 98.5% hence they get a performance rating of 4. Please refer the table below for the final answer, as all the calculations have been done as per the above explanation.
