There are 4 strategy to boost any career - Integrity, Punctuality, Creativity and Quality

Integrity means be truthful to your work. Punctuality means time is money, do not watse it. Creativity means differentiating yourselves with others and Quality means be the best for any work done.

An individual should approach a SMART concept

Specific S - The employees improve their skill by working on multi level projects. The employees are given new task and responsibility and they should target a specific area for improvement.

Measurable M - The project completed by an employee should be quantifyable. The completed project should benefit company as well as employees.

Assignable A - It means delegating task to an employee. This will help the manager to focus on other task which is more important.

Realistic R - The result which is achievable with the help of available resource.

Time T - The project should be completed on time. It should not cross the deadline. Time is money and it should not be wasted

The organization would be joinning is Seeba which is a leading exporter and importer company. I would contribute the increase success rate of the company. I would help company to enter into new market and explore different customer in the world. The vision is to explore new customer from all around the world

I would hope to gain new opportunities and up front designation in the future. My learning curve rate should increase and hopefully bring the success in the career.

The experience consists of operations, supply chain, customer presentation, accounting export invoices, etc. The work experience consists of "Jack of all Trades".

There are often new policy and notifications are brought by government. Hence the exporter work according to new law imposed by governement na dcustom officer. Moreover business development brings the opportunity to attract new customer. This can add on the new list of customers in the company.
