Choice #1: Pick a public public service organization. Research it's policy on risk management and crisis management. Give a detailed analysis of how risk and risk management is defined in the context of this organization. How would you improve upon the existing risk and crisis management model of the organization? OR Choice #2: Pick a public service organization that has dealt with a crisis situation. Provide a detailed depiction of the factors that contributed to the situation. What actions were taken in response to the crisis? What lessons were learned and what policies have resulted from the crisis?
