As a project manager I should review the project and will find out area of lacking and ways we can overcome these loop holes.

6. As the project manager, what should you do if Activity #5 and Activity # 7 are getting behind schedule and it may not finish by the late finish date?

As a project manager if we notice that the price analysis was behind schedule and may not complete by the finish date, We would bring in extra staffing in order to complete the pending task on schedule. It may be done by bringing in temporary staff or to pull employees from other non-essential tasks to help complete the project or reallocate the resources in the task. Will double-check all dependencies in the project and time-constrained activities. If require can swap the resources also from within, so that we can fast track the activities and improves the process with scaling back the scope of work.
