Concept: Behavior model of leadership

Basically a comparison between the leader profile of Bernie Sanders is made with other politicians’ profiles such as Hilary Clinton’s and the results obtained by previous competitors with similar ideals; it is said that Hilary Clinton is a persistent and hard worker candidate more than an outstanding candidate for having a bigger intelligence or similar outstanding characteristics, and who expects to actually outstand because of her persistence; however, Bernie’s attitude and actions are analyzed from the point of view of the ambition, saying that even if he’s not a big example of ambition, you must have some of it after running for smaller political positions and scaling over them one by one, being the presidency the biggest exponent.

However, it’s said that Bernie has difficulty to fill in the details of his own proposals; by the other hand, he is described as a “A disciplined orator, he has made a marketable virtue of quirky authenticity”, and seems to be a evolutional follower of Debs ideas, a more radical revolutionary from the previous century that fought against the idea of a smaller population portion controlling the wealth of the full population, but now with Bernie leaving apart the protesting profile, where the rhetoric is reprised but the goal seems to be mutating, adding that his previous success, popularity and great grass-roots fundraising organization have made him a closer opponent to the classic democratic American vision.
