Question
The English Common Law allows for three primary forms of business entities. The sole proprietorship, the general partnership, and the corporation are the three basic types of business entities (although there are many variations of each type). Each type of business has a very distinct set of advantages and disadvantages. If you were a business owner today, which form of business would you prefer to own and why? As an employee, which type of business would you prefer to work for and why? Please explain in detail with your specific reasons.
Explanation / Answer
It depends on the nature of the firm.
If it is a small firm , I will choose the sole proprietorship. If it is medium requires few working partners, i will choose partnership firm. If it is large , requires huge capital and involves a lot of risk , obvoiusly my business will be corporations.
As a qualified person i will be prefer to work in corporations. Partnesrhip firm can also be considered. The ultimate question as an employees is that " Want to be a small fish in a big pond or a big fish in a small pond"
