its all about flexibility to the user. the people who uses tablets have more flexibility than who uses desktops. tablet, we can say that personal computer, we can carry it to anywhere and complete the work at any time based on our requirements and based on priorities. we can work from home, we can complete the work from out off the work place and we can interact with the clients whenever they need our services and so on. there is no compulsion of coming and sitting in the office premises to complete the work. we can sit anywhere, and withhelp of internet we can connect with all and complete the work intime.

the losses are, it is easy to loss the instrument, if we lost it, and if it is found by unauthorised source, they use this for their self benefit or they create problems to the firm. carrying the tablet to different places will leads to increase in risk, if we lost it or if some one hacked it and modified any piece of information, it corrupt and spoil all the information in the system and some times in the server also.

ethically also we should connect with the work 24/7, whenever the firm required our services, we need to ready to provide them. people can not move from one place to another, they may use this for every task, and it creates many health problems. if most of the time will spends with system, it creates some health problems like MSD and so on.

productivity does not link or connect with the nature of system or PC we use, we can not link both of them.
