Answer: The team that is there in the episode is a task force that takes on the different cases and solve them by collecting the evidences.

What are the causes of the team’s conflicts in your selected episode? Are they resolved? If so, how?

Answer: The taem conflict was due to divergence in their thinking related to the context of the case. Ye sthe case was resolved when the members of the team came up with collective agreement on the different issues related to the case.

Was the team effective? What were the most surprising things you learned about teams from this assignment?

Answer: The team was effective. The thing that I learnt from this team is how they come up with ideans that supports the overall objective of the team even if the ideas are too divergent.
