There are three companies to choose from with the following scores on the different attributes

Looking at the above hypothetical data, -

b) Company X and Y have equal scores as per the required points on work life balance and growth

c) Company Y will be eliminated on brand name as it has only one point which is not desirable.

d) Hence, I would select company X
