Explanation / Answer

Hi,

As per my opinion patient protection and affordable care is necessicity of every country. All people can’t afford all medical facilities. We are human beings and we must help other people and affordable care and patient protection is kind of help only.

There are so many ways with government and now so many NGOs are also working to collect money for the affordable care. So for insurance of patient government can manage fund from young people who are tax payers and same facility they can enjoy when they are at old age and when they actually require care.

So many people who can’t afford can benefit of this care plus who are old age and some old age home people can also get benefit of this facilities.

as per me medic aid is most important than Medicare and than individual mandate.

Madic aid - the countries like US are taking insurance of all age people and help them when required.

In Medicare - Insurance companies are taking insurance and govt also help them for above 60 age people and some young people who have problems like diabetic etc.

In individual mandate you have to take your own insurance and pay premium for the same. So in young age you must take your own individual mandate would be better.

As per me if you take individual mandate you can collect money from young people with insurance and taxes on insurance like service taxes on insurance etc. and same money and taxes amount govt can utilise in Medicare and Medicaid. so in future along with young people old age people will also secure and will take benefit of services like Medicare and Medicaid.

The idea will be really and surely successful. and all old people can benefit of affordable services and can live happy and healthy lif and that is really biggest success.

Impact will be great everyone have a right to live long and with this initiative
