I will try to utilize the resources of the organization in an optimum way. I will ask the programmer to use cost effective software and hardware system for the system. I will also ask the functional manager to ensure there proper work as per the need of the organization. I will also motivate the programmer for the overtime. I will try to motivate each and every employees of the organization to get best from them. Cross training is very essential for the fitness of the employees. Cross training will increases the productivity of the organization.
