a. Individuality of the employees working in the organisation; every individual has his own perspective and outlook towards people and the organisation. The mentality, behaviour, ethical values and morals of every individual employee affects the organisation culture.
b. The sexual mix in the employees of the Organisation; the mix or ratio of male and female in the organisation also affects the organisation culture.
c. The nature of business carried out by th eorganisation aslo affects the organisation culture;
d. The Organisation Culture is affected by the clients and external parties with whom the organisation deals.
e. The culture in organisation is also affected by the nature or goals and objectives of the organisation.

To improve the effectiveness of insurance adjusters the GSM needs to first step himself in the foots of the insurance adjusters, then only he will be in a position to motivate them, inspire them and help them in reducing the work stress building into them due to the nature of activities carried on by them and the nature of people they are dealing with everyday. He should guide them on; how to deal with different situations in the workplace; how to keep their state of mind cool and calm; he should place before them the real life examples of successful people who have successfully overcome these situations. All these discussions and guidance will help the insurance afdjusters to improve their effectiveness.
