Outsourcing is no longer viewed as taboo or thinking out of the box. It is opportunity, partnership, and invention wrapped a remarkable idea allowing for global access and innovation. Businesses that outsource have an abundance of resources available, to help with making legitimate tactics for success and identifying the areas they would profit from supplier services. They have meet with different organizations that have seen outsourcing advance over time, taking into account understanding and exhortation. While nothing is 100% guaranteed or even near flawless, outsourcing permit businesses to attempt things they ordinarily could never have the chance to do. Taking the first step is always the hardest, and with the right information and preparation, businesses who decide to outsource may never need to think back at its old ways.

Outsourcing & Global HR :

Its integral part of the each & every organization., In previous business days companies were not outsourcing their work to third parties because of the business secrecy , but now days there is change of 360 degree. In today’s   globalizations , almost every business is associated with outsourcing. In fact without outsourcing the concept globalization does not comes into pictures.

Yes I agree with the statement that there is strong relationship between the Outsourcing & Global Human Resources.

First we will see the global reputed companies who have business & market presence in all the world.

Now the reasons of mentioning the above big ventures is that these all organizations uses a policy of Global HR. See to e successful in business att various levels. The organizations needs a strong Human resources, Human resources are those who set a system , uses a system & give the results.

Now when assigning a particular task to third parties it’s very important to check the capacity, capability of the Human resources of that organizations.

These all points have been checked thoroughly . Because its questions of good will of the big brands.

Eg. Samsung Cell phone company , Apple etc they don’t have their manufacturing plant of cell phones , they are manufacturing from third parties .Now a phone like Samsung or Apple when they are coming to market , customers are not aware about the third parties .But they are only known for brand. So SAMSUNG ,APPLE take lots of care while allocating a task to third party.

Britannia is no 1 biscuit company in world. They are manufacturing their biscuit from third parties all over the world.

So Outsource & Global HR concept is important.
