Advice to the VP HR , would be to implement some very effective recruitment metrics and yeild ratios to understand the time taken to fill in the position ,gain insight into the recruitment cost and curb it without a comprise on the quality .
The root cause of attrition can be understood by examining the sources to whom we loose our employee
it could be done through design of metrics in exit interveiw which can give insights into the root causes and accordingly plans can be built to find solutions
Answer to Q4 -- aFTER a job analysis is done, usually the data collected provide and assit with determining salary strucutre and pay grades , it also provide information as to how much is the average salary paid in the market ,and where do we stand in relation to the market in terms of salaries offered , accorindly one can change the compensation plan , depending on the goals and objective of the business
