Tim, a member of a virtual team, has been unable to completehis assigned tasks for a project in the specified time frame. He meets Connie, the virtual team leader, to discuss the issues. Connie expresses an understanding of the issue and indicates it would not be a problem and that she would adjust the project dates to give Tim more time to complete his assigned tasks. Later that week, Tim overhears Connie discussing with project sponsor that Tim has been unable to complete his assignmentson time and that she feels Tim is incompetent uses his high workload continuously as an excuse for not getting this project done on time. Connie also says that she would recommend Tim be replaced by a more competent team member.
Explain how would you handle the violation of trust between Tim and Connie.
Identify what factors in building trust were violated and what can be done to restore the trust in the future.

When the trust is broken between two person, especially between a leader and a subordinate, there will be a fallout which would be detrimental consequences. In this of scenerio, it is important for an individual to identify the issue that caused the violation of trust and explain how he would handle the violation of trust between Tim and Connie. Additionally, An individual must identify the factors in building trust and the procrdure to restore the trust in the future.The violation of trust between T and C occurred when C blame T for the failure of the project. T thought that C would handle the situation and he will get some days extend for the project completion. But it totally broke out the situation and the relationship got worsen. Therefore, an individual must handle this situation totally different by building rapport between leader and subbordinate.
