Explanation / Answer

1) Raymond who was a police who get racist discrimination from his higher authorities, in the mean while he was summoned for his arrest to do evaluation about his arrest case but no use he got penalty. So he and several colleagues suing the New York City Police Department.

2) Federal courts ruled in the favour of Floyd, all human beings should be treated as a equal showing discrimination in colors considered to be injustice, and the City of New York should stopped that patrol all the citizens includes young black police men were equal.

3) Raymond at 3 or 4 age her mother was died on cancer, his father were unemployed after his mother died, neighbourhood women given the food to Raymond and his brother, both were grown at the age of 14, raymond saw one of his friend being a police, that police friend said if you joined in a police you have to roam behind criminals then you will get all monetary benefits after retirement also. Monetary benefits makes the Raymond to be a police officer in his future.

4) Raymond filed a case against NYPD regarding quota based policy almost seems as guilty it was implemented on the motive of black people would be arrested. Even NYPD said to public that policy is no more available, but raymond knew it was still exist. So he and his minority working men filled a case moreover he had recorded voice of showing discrimination for the black people in NYPD wise itself, because only 7% of black police officers holding as highest post in the department.
