To whom it may concern: I am absolutely livid. I have been calling you for days. I bought your dishwasher online last winter. It worked for the first three months and has been broken since. We have had three repairmen come in to see it and each time it works for a few days before breaking. Now I've called 3 times and have yet to hear back from you! I paid a lot of money for this dishwasher. The last customer service person said I can't get a new one until one year has passed (base on the warranty) but I find this absolutely crazy. Please at least respond. Thanks - David

1)Write out a response letting David know that the company is very sorry and that they will send a new dishwasher to him ASAP.
