About once a month, clouds of odorous mist have passed across your property, your children have complained of skin rashes, and you have heard that the water table has been contaminated with toxic chemicals. You and your neighbors are fearful of health hazards from the plant, and the neighborhood property values have dropped significantly.

This is a situation which is felt in all those cities where the industrial waste and the pollution is very high. We have come across this situation where the industrial waste has been done to large extent. When the above type of situation arises its bound and advisable that one takes the legal action against the company for not obeying the environmental norms. Here generally the chemical affulents released from the plant is inhaled by the sufferer through air causing damage the body and also making the person ill . One can always file a case and ask the following questions like wheather they are obeying the Environmental Norms,Do they have pollution controlling measure device, Do they have the correct reading of the air pollution, wheather they maintain on daily basis the pollution level,Do they carry licenses with them also wheather they renew them regularly. What measures are being put forward so that the environment and the general public residing are safeguarded from the environmental hazards or the affluent released from the chemical factory. The chemical company if its not having the above points stated are not followed they are liable to be prosecuted and can also be closed if they do not have the licences and the laid down norms are not followed rigorously. Also an individual can ask for the compensation also if their is harm permanently to the individual body. The court will certainly favour the individual if he produces all the relevant medical documents and the treatmeent is in place.
