As an Athletic Director of a reputed university in the field of sports, I have to come up with a valid point to discuss with University President. I feel the interest of team member is genuine as they are not asking for any monetary benefits and they just want t ensure a collaborative environment among themselves and to represent to union that comes under sports federation. This will help them to keep their spirits and have a better unity and preserving their rights.
The points which I will discuss to president would be
A good union will be beneficial for all the stakeholders as they could able to fill the current gap in training and development program, conducting more sports met and empowering their rights and will be more aware of their responsibilities.
My preferred course of action would be supporting them for formulating a union. I felt their requirement is very valid as they are not focusing on monetary measures but on a collaborative environment for the beneficial of all the stakeholders.
