1)Productivity: Productivity is an average measure of the efficiency of production.It can be expreesed in the ratio of output to inputs used in the production process i.e.output per unit of input.when all outputs and inputs are included in the productivity measure it is called total productivity.Outputs and inputs are defined in the total productivity measure as their economic values.The value of outputs minus the value of inputs is a measure of income generated in a production process.It is a measure of total efficiency of a production process and as such the objective to be maximized in production process.

2)Enhancing workplace satisfaction:Track Job satisfaction:

Leaders can improve motivation with in their organizations by following this process:provides a positive working environment.Reward and recognition.involve increase in employee engagement.Develop the skills and potential of your workforce. Evaluate and measure job satisfaction.employee attitudes typically reflect the moral of a company.In areas of customer services and sales ,happy employees are extremely important because they represent the company to the public.satisfaction,however,is not linked solely to compensation.

we would like to take the circumstances as if there is productivity automatically we would like to enhancing the work in that place automatically satisfaction comes .if the production increases we have to enhance the work and the fastest process is occured in that place.tis is the best example for this.

2)Motivation:Internal and External factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job ,role or subject ,or to make an effort to attain a goal.Motivation results from the interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors such as

1.Intensity of desire or need.

2.Incentive or reward of the goal,and

3.Expectations of the individual and of his or her peers .these factors are reasons onehas for behaving a certain way. An example is a student that spends extra time studying for a test because he or she wants a better grade in the class.

Motivation is the primary sorce for developing the skills and learning the things to improve the work standards and maintain good satisfactory levels for the work motive.female associates done the work properly thats why we would like to encurage female to develop their self promote more actively.

3)I would like to express my views with my lifepartner about our future plans after marriage was first there will be an understanding in between those people.planned about thier future savings,share the feelings of both the people with eachother.gave priority to other feelings.how to express the feelings in a soft way is the primary source.caring,love and affection will be equal to treat like as our parents.adjustments also plays a very important role in married life.mutual understanding and gave importance to each other.both side parents didnt suffer about their child life.be happy with every movement.every movement in our life is valuable make it as happy and honour to live with others.planning is very important to make the life convenient.each person is having the negatives we will find out that and make that negatives as positives.dont show the egoistic nature.life goes beyonds on cool.so make the life as beautiful.it is there in our hands only.After marriage total life is different from previous life.we should mould the situation easily and conveniently.busy life was going on after children about their studies and their tastes and prefernces needs and wants of those kids.we turned their life into difficult way to acheive their success in their life.
