intercultural communication means communication among different people who belongs to different cultures and different traditions. in this interaction between people happens and those people belongs to different cultures and differnt origins.

2. usually there are many factors which are uncommon and which gives different meanings in their communication. for example in US each male and female will touch each other while they are in speaking with each other; it is prohibited in India, looking into eyes is more problem in Japan; where as the same is acceptable in US. so, place to place the procedures will be vary.

3. i choose India, and US for this study because these two nations have different backgrounds, different cultures and different histories.

4. many of the MNCs are facing the same problem, but they are resolving them by following different methods.
