This makes his associate, Brad, nuts. Brad is a twenty-six-year-old engineer who trusts computers implicitly. Truth to tell, you’re not convinced that Brad understands the derivations of the calculations and may be hiding his ignorance by riding Roger about his meticulousness. Besides, Brad showed up at work with a small earring the other day and its obvious that he’s enjoying the impact it’s having on Roger.
Explanation / Answer
As a supervisior i would ensure that both of the employees are counselled and given a warning letter so that they do not repeat this again however seeing the situation where there is a vast difference of age between both of them and the issue is not critical. Its just a matter of little awarness and counselling the things can be sorted out. Its also true that these type of situations arise when their is a diiference of opinion. Its advisable that one of them needs to get transferred to other unit so that the things can settle down immediately and does not create problem at later stage.
