Our company encourages us to be a part of corporate social responsibility through various social activities like teaching the children of weaker section of the society,making the society clean and green,making the people aware about global warming and many more as per the need of the stakeholders. Our organization promotes our employess to become volunteer or actively participate in the CSR.This is a part of our business objectives. We improve the quality of life of our surrounding.Our each employee dedicate specific few hours every week beyond his daily work in the company. Corporate volunteers are not paid for their CSR through monetary term but some special leaves are alloted for them depending on the CSR activity. Company receives recognition and reward for their contributions for the development of society.Companies are respected for their values.Furthermore they get interest benefit from government. CSR activities are planned in such a way that daily work is not affected.Week days are taken for maximum CSR activities CSR is to be done by every company.We all are part of society.We all are responsible for the development of society.In modern days business organizations' aim is wealth maximization of the society not the profit maximization only.
