Describe the problem or dilemma by including all related facts. 2. List everyone who may be involved in or affected by the decision. 3. List all the values that are involved in the decision, such as honesty, integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, fairness, compassion, kindness, respect for others, excellence, accountability, and being law-abiding and socially responsible. 4. List all the possible alternative actions you could take to resolve the problem/dilemma. 5. Which individual who is involved in or affected by the decision do you believe is the most important in this situation? 6. Which value do you believe is the most important in this situation? 7. Which of the possible alternative actions do you believe will cause the greatest good and the least harm? 8. Prioritize #5, #6, and #7 to identify the most important consideration in this situation. 9. Select an alternative and document your decision, based on the process above. Teacher mistreat the student using her infulence

               I am a discipline and obedient student, at the same time I would like go for the right path not to travel in wrong path in the life travel, this incident happend last year of the school senior grade, my class teacher most of times speak about her family stories in her class time even she not interested to take a class more than 15 minutes if any body raised the complaint against her to high authorities she use her infulence and make the student gets failed on that grade it means the student should wait for another year to complete their senior school grade. More over she have praticising to collect bribe as costly thing from students to give more marks in final examinations.

Two reasons that My class teacher try to take revenge against me 1) She doesn't know about my character and I am studying for term test which I have to write within two days, during on her class time she started to speak her stories all the students except me listen her words, finally she saw and asked me why you are not particpating in my stories, simply i got angry but i never shown to her and I said, preparing for the exam so no time to involving for other activities.

2) she had a habit   to selecting one student from each class which she had teaching and made the student as representative to collect the bribe from class students and hand over to her, my term had came representative asked bribe to get more marks and top marks in final examination, I said no, God given the ability to get the marks on my own and not at all interesting to give the bribe for it.

After these both incidents, she started to find mistakes over on me even I am not involving in any issue, she always shouting on me. The two reasons made my class teacher tried to take the revenge and shown her infulence make me fail in final examinaiton, even she speak to other subject teachers to fail me in their subjects also god grace, I am not failed and feared because I am A grade student so other subject teachers never want to fail me but reduced mark according to my class teacher request. Though I am a A grade in Final examination. Most of students warned be that I am going to be failed, I simply and said to them, Discipline, Obedient, Hard work, straight forwardness, fear to the god never makes fail, Our class teacher can't make me fail. Finally I am not failed. Unfortunately after that my teacher get suspended then she got number of problems including her health and family member health also affected.

3) My class teacher never have honesty, integrity, loyalty, kindness, respect for others, excellence, accountability, and being law-abiding and socially responsiblity but I had because if I raised the compalint to police she get punishment includes cash penalty and jail penalty, I am not interested to kept my class teacher in my jail because she is a teacher and still I respected her and the school which I was studied, why becuase all other teachers those who have involved in my case to reduce the mark also have jail penalty.

4) I never spoken about my issue to my parents as well as high authorities of the school simply I believe the god and gone for studies, put much hard work I would consider this issue as small battle occured between honest and dishonest, finally honest won the battle.
