for that first we need to establish a goal which is common for all

next gather all the people and make them understand what is the goal

next, to achieve the goal how the work or task will be distributed

based on their skill and expertise i will assign tasks to all

next i will do continuous monitoring how they are performing their work

i will provide assistance and guidance to the needed people

and at last integrate all the work and complete the work

i will share the benefits among all equal. with this people may carry team spirit and they may show interest to do the same for further life also.
