Explanation / Answer
2. Childrens are pure at heart as they are not aware about the social crimes and inidvidual selfishness in the people around them. Thus their judgements and inferences are coming from the bottom of heart with basic ethical awareness. Parenting create a great influence on the character of a child and their behavior as well.
eg: a. Two childrens are playing together in park and suddenly one cstarnger came and offered them two ice creams. The children denined and said thanks to the person and told their parents have taught them that dont accept anything from strangers, Here an ethical note of dont blidnly accept anything offerered from any one if that doesnt belongs to you.
b. A child found their parents quarelling each other. Though the child doesnt understand the reason behind this she cried and requested their parents to sop fight and smile each other. Here the ehical and judgement comes from child is frm her inner mind feeling, making fight is not good for them and spreading happiness creates peaceful environment.
Thus a child always think from a coll headed minset to make everyone happy and to create a calm environment.
3.Its is true to an extent among aduls. Adults are very much self oriented and they will think from pragmatic aspects rather than ethical aspects. Suppose an adul on the road show an accident, the person will think twice or thirce to interefere in it and helped them to reach hospital because of responsibility and police interrogations. Thus apart from ethical point of view the adults will be more into logical thinking.
4.Social values and ethical values idealy must go hand in hand. But many social values are far away from the ethical objectives. This is basically because many social values are purely realted to life style and economical status of their people. At the same time ethical values is basically about human touch, preservance, care and compassion. Social norms and values may not contain all those qualities and its is essential to seperate both and to act acordingly based on the situations.
