Central idea was to enhnace the productivity through scientific method on work force and process standerdisation

What advice would an expert of your selected managerial perspective period give a manager at the time?

All suggestions and advise is based on scinetific analysis and work basis. That time never bothers about employees safety or security. The scinetific management theroy focus on better productivity.

More in to scientific management system. This helps in identifying the ptifalls and improve the productity and reduces the operational cost.

Open system perspective is more into accepting new challeneges and seeking opinion or decision making s based on different perspective.
