1) Internal Customers: internal customers are employees, vendors and transporters. Organisation needs to have better vendors who supply raw materials or provide service at better cost and quality . Organisation needs to have employees who have talent and who work with dedication. Transporters should be good enough to deliver stocks to customers on time.

2) External Customers : External customers buy products or services from the organisation . Organisation needs to take proper feedback from these customers . Then it should act as per the requirements of customers and their expectations.
