Explanation / Answer
training is a temporary programme conducted by an organiztion to improve their employees skills and knowledge at different aspects. in the part of employee development training programmes are part and parts. to trian the employees first we should know in what areas the employees are lacking. every work requires a set of skills and knowledge to accomplish it. some of the people may have them and some may not possess the skills and knowledge.
to fill the gap what a person should have to complete a task and where he is lacking those skills, training comes into the picuture. there are no fixed or predetermined techniques or any standards training process. based on the needs of the employees and organization, the abilities of the organization, training schedules will be designed.
i am working for a college which is providing both UG and PG education to students. here the staff roles is most important to shine the students and to give a shape them. the faculty should have more ethics and values; then only they can taught the same to the students. to make them the importance of moral and ethics i want to conduct a training programme ROBBIN SHARMA (world well known personality developer), but he may charge crores of rupees or dollars. to a normal institution it can not be possible to arrange these kind of programmes even they were wish to do.
so, the ability of organization and the needs of employees; both are important to design a training progrmme. and at the end that should provide all the inputs to the employees for what purpose it was designed. otherwise it is a waste of time and resources also.
