Please discuss the recommendations that the authors addressed from their empirical study and the viability of sales certification programs and in the present. Please do further research and discuss how job recruiters are perceiving the utility of sales certification programs and who is offering sales certification programs in universities (e.g., in the undergraduate programs in University of Toledo (OH), Elon University (NC), William Patterson University (NJ), or Northern Illinois University- sales certification degrees) and in the corporate world. Do you think that offering a sales certification program at SUNY Oswego would empower and enable our graduating marketing and business administration seniors in the job market?
