1 Agreed. A great idea is developed based on talent and learning . One should be talented enough to visualize the business and create a plan. Even if a person is talented, he will experience the difficulties and he will have learnings out of it. Based on learnings, he will gain the experience and accomplish the tasks.

2. Agreed. Whole plan if made based on the assumptions ,then there are the chances of getting deviated from plan. All one need is to have practical experience to run the busineess

3. Agreed. As it is already said, a business plan is required to drive the business in right directions. Route map is to be created and one should ensure the business is running in right direction
