This question provides the information about total number of health service requirement, this number will be the denominator in the ratio of number of times integrative health services sought (determined in the next question) to the total number of health care service sought.

This question completes the information needed to compute the first part of the research question, which is number of times patients seek integrative health services over total number of times health care services sought.
