Leaders are those person who could lead from front without any hesitation and must lead by example. In order to nurture and maintain good leadership qualities in organization management has to develop leadership culture and must give proper training and development program . Risk awareness is important to understand the risk , severity and impact.
Handling risk is a difficult task. First need to understand the area of risk, how it can be sever and its after effect. Then rate the risk and find action plans to mitigate the risk.This helps in minmising risk and action plan helps in collaborative effort to alleviate the risk factors and converted that into opportunity.
