Each response must contain one paragraph of summary, one paragraph of rhetorical analysis - this paragraph should be the most developed in the entry and one paragraph of personal response. Include at least one SHORT direct quote in the analysis paragraph of the entry. The analysis and response paragraphs need to have clear topic sentences. This is a total of at least three paragraphs. The total for each entry should be 250 - 300 words.

The journal refers to the topic "Where Will the Medical Misfits Go" by RICARDO NUILA

It discusses about the health care particularly health insurance and the institutions that give the actual care. government decides to spend on poor people when they get sick and will receive treatment. Federal law requires all hospitals to provide emergency care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.

Lifesaving surgeries and treatments with a limited recovery period are covered through Emergency Medicaid funds. When patients doesnot fit properly into the medical system due to health or finances or their social situation reasons theycome in the category of “medical misfits”. Any one of us can become under the wrong circumstances and then the safety-net hospitals step in for far long term support.

Safety-net hospital takes care of a vast number of uninsured patients, safety-net health systems provide an effective subsidy to for-profit and nonprofit hospitals and focus on their paying customers.So medical misfits should be treated by safety net hospital in a same manner as any other good hospital according to my opinion as they might need an urgent care.
