2. Provide employees benefits such as pension, medical insurance and life insurance.
3. Use of technologies and direct feedback to monitor employees' performance.
4. Regular communication with the employees and listen to their feedback and other input.

Types of employees to be hired - semiskilled or unskilled employees need to be hired on a part-time basis.
