Explanation / Answer

What do you believe is your leadership style?

The leadership style is well versed, crisp and clear for the individual who is performing all the work and in the way they are moving ahead with. Based out of the score reached that is 53-90 proves that it is pretty much conventional and there is always a scope to improve in terms of moving ahead and taking the team together. There are mixed combination of points where you managed to keep the team well and there must be points where this would have reflected that you were not up to an optimum level to support the team altogether. There could be chances where, out of your duties assigned you would have missed reporting the issues to the management and overseeing the way in which the housekeeping staff maintains the cleanliness of rooms and other areas. Your superiors would have noticed this and may have considered as a miss on part of your way of leadership, and then would have given you a chance to improve on certain factors. The assistance with the team and the staff under you would have also shown a level of miss management that would have let your leadership skill set reflected in front of your team leaders. The conventional leadership style is way too good, you just need to re consider the aspects you have been working for all these days.

Is it compatible with the leadership style in your organization?

Yes, it is pretty much compatible with the organization's style of leadership, as it communicates and let the individual know what steps to be followed and how to move ahead with the work. Ultimately, what I am following here is the conventional leadership skill that is to help the team members under me to support the staff and providing them guidance wherever needed to support the workflow they are planning to proceed ahead with. Even the organization supports the same style and urges the individual to re look and sees what needs to be improved and changes in terms of moving ahead with the tasks and work progress.

If you had to make significant changes in your organization, which leadership style would you choose?

Given an option to make changes to the current leadership styles, I would still go ahead and choose the conventional style and would not advise or make any changes to it as such, apart from mentioning the factors in which anyone is lagging behind to support their improvement levels and take lead in working upon those factors, rather than in finding which areas need improvement. So in short, that is the only point of change I would recommend to the organization bodies to implement the changes, so that the leader gets to exactly know which areas he does really need to work upon and he could really excel in improving them and moving forward with the same.
