M = (m/Molar Mass) X (1000/V) =====1)

M = molarity, m = mass of the substance required to be dissolved. And V = volume of solution

M = 1.0 mM = 10-3M, let volume of solution (V) to be prepared = 1000mL (1L) we have

1.0X 0-3M = (m/Molar Mass) X (1000/1000)

m = 1.0X 0-3M X Molar mass

NOTE: Calculate the value of m (mass of PAMAM) from above equation and dissolve in 1L of water, we will end up with 1L of PAMAM solution with concentration equal to 1.0mM. we can not calculate m since Molar mass of PAMAM is not given by you. See the molar mass on reagent bottle and insert in equation (2) to calculate m.
