Hydrogen bonding is a very strong intermolecular force which holds water molecules together strongly. The partial positive charge on hydrogen and partial negative charge on oxygen of one water molecule exert a strong attraction to another water molecule. Now, to boil water, it has to escape the strong hydrogen bonding between molecules, hence, higher temperature is required. Therefore the hydrogen bonding results in a high boiling point of water.
