carrots contain carbohydrates like sucrose and complex carbohydrates, proteins are extremly complex molecules made of an array of repeatiting units ,those are amino acids.similarly carbohydrates they are made up of carbon ,oxygen, hydrogen.carrot contain beta carotene which cause the orange colour .
