A stereotype is a thought adopted about specific types of individuals or certain ways of doing things. These thoughts are not accurately real. The stereotypes are dangerous as they remove the true identity of people and assume that all people of a certain group are exactly the same. In addition, in stereotyping certain group of people are assumed as being resistant to change. Since stereotypes give inaccurate and irrational representation of certain groups of people, they are dangerous.

An hypothesis is an assumption or supposition made based on the limited evidences available. It is a starting point for further investigation of research. Prediction is a guess about the future based on the facts observed now.

An experimental group is one that receives the variable being tested. The control group is the one that do not receive any test variables. Since the control group is the standard one, the experimental group is compared to it for any variations.

The change in the colour of the peppered moth is an example of evolution in action. This is a natural selection and they are camouflaged.
