Green chemistry is the area of chemistry involved with "environement and sustaintable" chemistry. This favours processes which are sustainable for human and . It tries to reduce dangerous material, pollutants and plenty of other technologies that are not sustainable.

There is no specific beginning or date of fundation.

The green chemsitry has been analyed in the last 2 decades since the environment is getting each time less suitable for human, animal and other living organism.

Note that Green Chemistry tries to favours processes in which human - nature can relate and evovle together, rather than the use of technologies and processes which does not allows this in the long run
