When they are outside, the social factors also inhibit them to feed the baby. Some women also thinks the beauty decreases with breast feeding, which is a clear myth. Infact breast feeding deacreases the risk of developing breast cancer and is unique food for baby.
Working women can pump breast to express milk into a sterile bottle and its refrigeration helps them to feed their baby appropriately. Wearing loose cloths to hold the baby near the breast or a baby blanket makes the mother more convenient as it provide privacy during breast feeding. Practicing these habits can help the mothers to feed their babies appropriately.
