The pie chart represents the prevalence of some of the very abumdant proteins in scrum, including albumin and antibodies, among others. The small wedge on the right of the pie chart represents the large number of other proteins that are also present in the scrum. Based on what you saw with the rabbit scrum, and understanding that human is pretty much the same, why would someone want to remove the abundant proteins from serum before trying to do experiments with it?
