An equimolar concentration of both acid and base are required for the complete titration reaction .
So the molarity of the acid can be determined by using the formula ,

M1 V1 = M2 V2

where M is the molarity and V is the volume .

Putting the values in the formula ,

M1 x 21.75 = 0.1010 x 13.40

M1 = 0.0622 M

So the molarity of the acid is 0.0622 M
