78.04 g Na2S reacts with 189.36 g Zn(NO3)2

2.27 g Na2S reacts with 2.27 x 189.36 / 78.04 = 5.51 g Zn(NO3)2

but we have 7.18 g Zn(NO3)2 so Zn(NO3)2 is exess reagent

Limiting reagent = Na2S

b) 78.04 g Na2S forms 97.47 g ZnS

2.27 g Na2S forms 2.27 x 97.47 / 78.04 = 2.83 g

therotical yield = 2.83 g

c) actual yield = 1.92 g

% yield = (actual yield / therotical yield) x 100

% yield = (1.92 / 2.83) x 100

% yield = 67.84 %
