As we can see that, the from the front view the atom at the back is not visible hence it should be in plane of the central atom and from the top view we can see the atoms are arranged in a triangular fashion Hence all the atoms lie in a plane and the shape is trigonal planar.
Hence the hybridisation is sp2 which corresponds to trigonal planar.
