heat of fusion = mass of ice* latent heat of fusion = 14.9 gm*335 J/gm =4992 joules

this heat has to come from cooling of 326 gm of water

hence 4992= mass of water* specific heat of water* change in temperature

4992= 326*4.184* change in temperature

change in temperature = 3.66 deg.c
