Inductive effect : The movement of electron density through sigma bond as a result of electronegativity difference is know as inductive effect.
Except last example we have all single bonds and there we can get +I or -I effect.
But when we look at last example we see that heat of hydrogenation.
This depends on the more substituted alkenes. Trans 2 butene is more substituted than cis 2-butene so trans-2-butene got loess heat of hydrogenation due to more stability of it.
And so this is different than others.
