Since CO is in excess product will form according to the stoichimetry of limiting reagent which is FeO here. From the balanced equation it can be seen that
1 mole of FeO is producing 1 mole of Fe, (1 here is stoichiometric coefficients of FeO and Fe)
so, 4 moles of FeO will produce 4 moles of Fe.
Answer is 4 moles of iron.
b)
Since Al is in excess so product will form in the stoichimetric ration of limiting reagent which is HCl here. So from balanced reaction it can be seen that
6 moles of HCL is producing 3 moles of H2 (6 and 3 are stoichimetric coefficients of HCl and H2 respectively)
so 1 mol will produce 6/3 = 0.5 moles of H2
so 4.8 mol will produce 4.8*0.5 = 2.4 moles of H2
Hence answer is 2.4 moles of H2
