To get the concentration of unknown acid, you need to calculate the moles of unknown acid.

Concentration of standard base is known and volume is also known, so you can calculate the moles of base in the sample using-

Moles = Molarity (or Concentration) x Volume

Same number of moles will react with acid in neutralization reaction. So you get the moles of acid and then concentration is given as-

Concentration = Moles / Volume
